Someone asked me to define "pencil envy"...

Basically, I can't draw worth shit and have bouts of slack-jawed amazement and muffled cursings while snapping pencils due to envy

In short:
There are MANY talented artists here! I guess I'm just someone who merely watches and tries to give whatever constructive feedback I can without sounding ridiculous.

I don't know... I'm sure you artists appreciate hearing feedback like "Awesome job" and "OOOOO love this one", but I try [to the best of my layman ability] to give some sort of feedback as to *WHY* I really like a particular piece

...Unfortunately, I feel that I sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about but try to make it seem like I actually have a clue...

Basically, if I make some asanine [spelling?] comment, feel free to ask: WTF?
